BPGCD Adopted Fee Schedule for FY 2008 The Blanco-Pedernales Groundwater Conservation District shall assess the following fees in accordance with Texas Water Code Chapter 36 and District Rules. Fees are non-refundable unless noted. (Adopted on August 16, 2007 by Board Resolution 081607-01 with an effective date of October 1, 2007.)
