BPGCD Adopted Fee Schedule for FY 2010 The Blanco-Pedernales Groundwater Conservation District shall assess the following fees in accordance with Texas Water Code Chapter 36 and District Rules. Fees are non-refundable unless noted. (Adopted on September 10, 2009 by Board Resolution 091009-01 with an effective date of October 1, 2009.)
