Fees BPGCD Adopted Fee Schedule for FY 2011 The Blanco-Pedernales Groundwater Conservation District shall assess the following fees in accordance with Texas Water Code Chapter 36 and District Rules. Fees are non-refundable unless noted. (Adopted on August 26, 2010 by Board Resolution 082610-01 with an effective date of October 1, 2010.)
